What these cover

fizzy’s source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0, and that license alone governs copying, changing and distributing it. These terms cover the fizzyed.it website and the web app hosted there.

Your work is yours

fizzy claims no rights to anything you make or open with it. The privacy policy says where your data goes, and where it doesn’t.

No warranty

fizzy is pre-1.0 and provided as is, without warranty of any kind, as the GPL states. Keep backups of work that matters. To the extent the law allows, the authors are not liable for loss arising from using fizzy or this website.

Plugins and Google

Plugins in the store are made and maintained by their authors, under their own licenses and terms. When you connect Google Drive, your use of it is also subject to Google’s terms of service.

Using the web app

Don’t use the hosted app to break the law, to attack the site or other people, or in ways that keep others from using it. The hosted app may change or be unavailable at any time; the code stays yours to build and run under the GPL.
